Had a comfy and updated room with a 32" LCD TV. The hotel had a great and handy location in the area for shopping.

The room I stayed in was spacious and had a nice 32" LCD TV 📺. The shower was good too. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The location was great, just a short distance from the Medford outlet mall.

TV channels. It would be so helpful for cable companies to group all of the local channel together that way us visitors would be able to check out the local news and weather withou changing from channel to channel

The room was updated and neat. The hotel offers plenty of goodies for breakfast. The location is handy in a nice area adjacent to several restaurants and old downtown. Timber Lodge Steakhouse nearby is a great place to chill out.

Everything was clean and comfortable and easy access to 35.

Price was a little high and children were running up and down the halls at bedtime.

Breakfast was okay. Our room size was decent.

The rate i booked online was not the rate i paid in person! I was NOT happy that Booked.net had a $112 rate for a deluxe king room, then was charged $140. And they did not price match like the desk lady said they would. On top of that, the bedding was not changed in our room (cum stains clear as day on the comforter). There was also only one roll of toilet paper which makes me think the room was not properly cleaned. When I went to exercise, the circuit was blown and there were no lights or electricity in the room. The room was also extremely cold, and small. Barely any room to do much of anything.

Slept well in the queen room, loved watching TV on the 32" screen 📺. The shower was great too. Appreciated having a microwave and fridge in my room - super convenient!

The bed was comfortable and the hotel was in a nice location.

The only problem we experienced was once we walked into our room was it smelled like someone just took a poop so we just open the windows for a little while.

the booking co. said that there were no meals with this room however breakfast was served. we like that a lot. lots of good hot water

The plumbing is not good, had to get a plunger the first night. The water pressure was so high the valves did not work very good. need a lot of work

The hotel of choice in Owatonna. Fairly clean property with fairly friendly and excellent staff that provided great service. Decent sized room and tiled bathroom with a shower and hairdryers. Good and handy location to Rad Zoo. Found in a comfortable area just off a Subway as well as the Medford outlet mall.
